Related to transfer of property

A flat is in name of me and my mother. I wish to get my name removed and give it to my sister. What is the procedure? Is it possible?

Hi,

Property is joint name of your and your mother, you can sold or gift your 1/2 share right in favour of your sister and your mother confirm that and registration this document in Registrar Office.
