A major(Hindu of age above 15 years) has been adopted to his uncle by following traditional cutoms.Now the problem is The jursidictional registrar is opposing to register the above said adoption.could anyone give their contention whether the act of registrar is right?or if the registrar act is wrong then pave the way to get the adoption to be registered..
