last Friday I was talking over phone with relative and he was talking normal at the beginning and after few minutes discussing about money ,he had to give me (14 thousand ) then he started scolding with bad words on father ,mother and brother ..
should it be funishable under law ?? and if yes , under what are sections and punishment details please ??
If the caller responds rudely or mischievously, cut the call. Then, after switching on the voice recorder, warn the recipient that you are recording (including this warning) the conversation, and threaten action.
