i just happened to visit the link, it is the same image.. tried to find more on google and supreme court website, could find anything relevant. the name of the newspaper is not visible. hence would have reached them to find more on the article. 

the news papar may be either dainik jagaran or punjab kesri kapoorthala edition

the 498a b*tches DO NOT forget to make allegations against the relatives in the complaint.

if allegations are there, the relatives will become accused.

498a procedure starts as per the complaint only - no need of proofs for the police to act -

tab bech wale ki bb dahej act lagane ki dhamki deti hai. dono bhai meri nahi sunte. na hi kisi relative ki mante hain.

dmai bahut paresaan hu. bech wala bhai apni bb ki side leta hai. vo bhi dhamki deta rahta hai ki jail bhijwa dunga. main in dono k bech pis raha hu. na bech wala manta hai

na chota wala. pls help me. mughe kya karna chahie ki mai safe rahu.
