Hello Sir,
My deceased father had purchased 5 acre land on my name when I was minor and 7 acres land mother name and 6 acres land on my brother name.Now mother wants to make a registered WILL to share her property between my brother and me.
As of today, my brother and his wife are in favour of the WILL but since the future is uncertain, I wants to know what kind of special clause I need to add in the WILL so that we will not have any problem after the death of mother. Also I would like to know whether my brother and mother have a legal rights to claim their share from 5 acres land which is on my name? if yes, do I need to get release deed from both of them to relinquish their rights?
