Release deed

Below is our case

1) Father died in 1980. Successors 1 wife & 3 daughters.

2) Later father's property divided in 4 parts = 1 for wife & 3 for daughters.

3) Wife i.e. Widow mother adopted on Son 1981.

4) in Year 2004 Widow died without will.

Now, 3 daughters wants share in mothers property.

1) Can they claim so?

2) If there is Release Deed by one of daughter (stating that they have already got their share in property), then

can this be used to transfer entire monther's property to Son?

Plz reply ! ! !

No. The daughters have equal rights in the property of the mother along with the son. The release deed will operate only in respect of the daughter who executes it.
