Release deed challeneged by co-owner

Dear Learned Community Member's

My mother passed away last year interstate and left behind along with me, one younger brother and 2 elder sister. Subsequent to family discussions and agreement my younger brother and eldest sister released their right in my favour their right thru a registered release deed. The property in question was self earned property of my mother.

Now my sister along with whom I share the property has filed case against all of us mentioning that the release of right by my brother and one sister in my favour also stands in her favour and so she along with me holds equal share in the said property i.e. 50%.

Request you to kindly comment on my share and my other sister and whether she can press for equal right in the property along with me.

With Regds

Thanks
