In criminal Law does relevncy and admissibility synonymous? Are all relevant facts admissible and all irrelevent facts not admissible? Can some one explain?

No admissibility and relavancy r diffrent things.

Some facts may be relavant but not admissible.

Like a sale deed not stamped properly of registered is relavant but not admissible in evidence.

In criminal cases the testimony of interested witnesses even relavant but not admissible.

Relavancy is defined in evidence act i.e. sec. 5 to 55. But admissiblity is depends upon the facts of a perticular case.
