Relinquishment deed

We have booked a flat in faridabad, haryana. After the death of my father, we now require relinquishment deed to be made in stamp paper of Rs. 100 and needs to e registered. We stay in Delhi, so my query is whether it can be registered in Delhi or has to be registered in the area of property. Secondly what amount needs to be paid in the registrar office for Bank Draft of Registration fee with undertaking / Affidavit. The mentioned documents list as per delhi registar office, what else needs to be taken care of

1 Original Documents with one set of Xerox copies
2 Two Passport Size Photograph on both copies of documents (Seller & Purchaser)
3 Original ID Proof of the concerned Parties (Releaser ,release and two Witness) like voter card, pan card. Passport, Driving License , Adhar Card and in case of companies, power of attorney/board resolution
4 Stamp duty Rs.100/-
5 Bank Draft of Registration fee with undertaking / Affidavit
6 Family or legal heir’s details
7 Death Certificate of the original owner

AADHAAR No. is compulsory, if AADHAAR No. is not available; provide the AADHAAR Enrolment Slip No.

In addition, does all persons along with witnesses need to be present before Registrar. In delhi, is it can be done through appointment in esub registrar office.
