Guide on the following :
There is one property whose loan taken in the name of elder son "X" and later on paying amount to him father has transfer the property in his name.
After the death of parents, all the brothers - 6 Nos. agreed to re-construct the property and prepare new building in the memory of their beloved mother "Y" and for that they have taken consent-affidavit in writing for permission to build new property. All the Govt./Local authority requirement in Gujarat fulfilled and revised "Plan" passed & permission also received from Society & other agency.
My question is :
Is permission from sisters are compulsory ?
When brothers are not selling property - will Notice U/S 35 will go to sisters ?
What if "Z" sister demand money for the new building permission ?
Please guide me.
