Rent Act

My client as tenant entered in lease agreement for a period 20 years for possession of vacant land to run Nursing Home and with the consent of the owner he has put up construction expenses of 25 lakhs and rent is fixed Rs.1000/- per month.. Now all of a sudden owner sold the schedule property with out consent of the tenant.. present owner filed a eviction Suit for their bonafide reasons through their GPA holder consequently eviction order passed..
Under the circumstances please guide me what are the remedies available to tenant...

Well said by Mr. Jigyasu. Law would operate only in terms of the lease agreement. You may examine yourself or get that cheked for analysis from any of your colleague in the court.
