My uncle had inducted Central Warehouse Corporation as a tenant  at his gowdown measuring 6000 sq.ft @ 25 paise per sq. ft way back in 1979 & another 3600 sq.ft @ 45 paise per sq. ft  from 1982. Since then the Govt. undertaking in neither increasing the rent nor evicting the godown. The higher authorities has turned a deaf ear to all pleas and appeals. In the agreement which was signed by both parties there was clause in respect  of " Arbritator which is common in all contracts executed with Govt. of India as per Indian Contract Act. Now, my uncle wants to appeal to the Rent Control Authorities. Can any body please guide regarding the nitty gritty of such appeals and how to appeal.
