2 YEARS BEFORE I HAVE RENT OUT MY FLAT NEAR PORUR.
1.)MY DOUBTS ARE WHAT IS THE TIME SPAN TO BE GIVEN TO TENANT IN RENTAL AGREEMENT?
2.)HOW FREQUENT WE HAVE TO RENEW IT? IS IT REQUIRED TO BE RENEWED?
3).WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS TO BE OBTAINED FROM THE TENANT?
4).PLS PROVIDE ME ONE SAMPLE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

For 1& 2 To be renewed every 11 months.3, ID proof, address proof (aadhar car) 4 .Kindly ensure to fill up tenant information form. provided by nearest police station, 3 copies, even though it is not necessary , but it is always useful and come handy in further proceedings, if at all some thing happens., as adv,saravanan said it is better to enter leave and license agreement rather rental agreement.
