Hello Sir,
Earlier, 500 Rs stamp paper was applicable for creating rental agreement. But recently, i heard from different brokers that this is no longer valid. You need to do registration and it will require around Rs.6000. Is it valid or still Rs 500 stamp paper will work

If you want to rent your residential property for 11 months then agreement Leave and licence is made which need not be registered at will of the party executing it but when you rent your property for more than year say four to five or more a lease agreement is made which as to be registered
