Hi,
I have a property which was sub-let to a co-op society by my grandfather (for last 25 yrs) and i wish to use the property for my personal use now... there is no rent agreement prepared or available with either of the parties.I have been receiving regular rents from them. Now when i ask them to vacate the premise they are asking for compensation to leave the premise...is this a legitimate claim?? is this a standard procedure?? What is the course of action i can take??
