Renting undivided property share

One of the CO owners of a undivided immovable property as per the unregistered family settlement has rentered the portion of the house and installed a third party in his place with a understanding he can file a partition suit and enjoy his share of portion of the undivided share while doing so in lieu he has taken a considerable amount balance on completing the partition suit. Queiry can the other share holder legally object to the third party

The facts posted are not clear.

One of the shareholder stated to have rented out which part of the property, without emarcation and consent of co-sharers ?
