We went to police commissioner to complain on seller of he doing registration fraud of registering survey no 492/F2 but showing at survey no 566 wherein he redirected to task force for enquiry.
When task forced caled seller,he said sold land is his house.sellerr had 2 plots in 492 i.e 492/F3 and 492/E2
Task force CI called us and pressured to change complaint to "seller sold land and he only constructed house and staying" and so FIR and charge sheet filed for same
Isseu:Now issue is we came to know via EC that land sold to us 492/F3 is open land not the seller house(492/E2).(Seller has 2 plots in survey no 492)
So when we requested to re-enquiry and file chargesheet,SI is not responding
Query:Can I know how can I request to again enquiry of FIR and actual facts
