Resignation

Is it possible to resign from service before the expiry of currency period of punishment. If so how as the company will not accept my resignation

It depnds upon the nature of punishment whether minor or major.If the punishment relates to stoppage of incrrement, you could remit the amount and request relief.

My point is whether they will accept my resignation if i have two years of currency of punishment and in between i have submitted my resignation. Whether i have to go to labour court for resolution or there is any other alternative
