Resignation on probation

Dear sir,

 

I have resigned my job 2 days ago.Actually i was working on probation period.I have sent my resignation mail to manager and DGM,saying that due to internal and personal problems i cannot continue with this firm and accept my resignation.

In the appointment letter they are not mentioned about notice period on probation.it is just mentioned that employment can be terminated without any notice or assigning reasons.one month notice period will be applied only after probation period.

After the mail, they are telling me to complete the formals before exit and to face exit interview.if failed to do so i will have to face legal notice from the company.

 

My question

1. what will be next step?

2.What are the legal effects from the company?

3.will it affect my next job?

Notice period on probation at the best could be 15 days. If the letter is silent on this aspect, they cannot demand. Howeer, you can cooperate on exit formalities by visiting the office on day or if you are oustantioned, can offer to complete the same by email and on the exit inverview - by con-call.
