Respected lawyer.. kindly clarify my doubt

After my beloved mother's demise my father married again when I was 23 years old, i was deeply shocked and saddened due to this incident. After she came she started to harass and abuse me without any reason and mostly i would spend my time in ashrams and temples to avoid the toxic environment at home. I didn't even get moral or financial support for my education and career since my mom's demise. I have ancestral property of 30 acres land in our village. Before he married her he registered few acres of our land on her name and married her. Today i am 33,since 10 years i have struggled doing menial jobs Unmarried and not yet settled. If I go to my ancestral home she behaves as lunatic and turns out highly agressive and abusive. She doesn't have children and she is already 55 years of age. As I am financially not sound i am not able to file a case or legally fight for my rights. They both are very manipulative and play victim card and try to again sympathy and people believe them considering their age factor. My dad even has political connections. I feel cornered and weak. How do I proceed legally and take over my ancestral property.

You should file suit for partition, since the property is not your fathers owned property you can file for partition,

Yes. You can file a partition suit in court.
