Dear Experts,
one of my friend got arrested in ipc 420 though his name was nt in FIR.. and iand his father had to bail him out with 20k sum by each to magistrate court.
months passess on and no chagresheet is given by police... and now my friend shifted to other state due job.
what if he doesnt turn on on court notice... what if communication defaulf due to change in address.
will i be in soup?
