I have been seperated from my wife approximately for two years now and she has been rejecting all my efforts to live together. I have filed a restitution notice which was returned saying no such person at address , the address is their own property and i heard frm a third party that they may have moved to just the opposite house after leasing their own property. what are my options , i have no contact with my wife as she does not pick up my calls.

you can filing petition at court at the time give exact addres to your wife where she is staying, the notice will forward exact address, from the court ,that's all

Thank you for the reply. But i am not sure what the address is now as they have not informed me when and if they moved to a new house. I have already filed in court with their permanent (own house) address . what are the options i have now.

you can memo file to the court what you said, you can publice the news in newspaper.
