can we restore dismissed appeal in high court Or can we apply fresh appeal in same high court
Original appeal is dismissed by high court due to non payment of maintainance
If you did not comply with the conditions imposed by high court to restore the apeal, then you cannot approach high court, no petition for restoration of appeal will be entertained by high court.
