Hii Ann,

A gift deed is gifted by adonor to the donee due to love and affection.

Secondly when a gift deed is executed the donor should show some form of acceptance and accept it, else it is void.

Gift deed has no legal sanctity if notarized.

Gift deed hasto be registered.

Gift deed if irrevocable cannot be cancelled.

Once the Gift deed is registered duly before thesub registrar it cannot be revoked.
