RIGHT OF THE CHILD

who will the take carer of a child till he/ she attains 18 years if the wife and husband want to get divorce, and comes under which section

1. Biological Parents are the natural guardian till Child attains 18 years.

2. One of the Biological Parent gets custody rights from Court, in matters of divorce.
