Dear All,
I wish to know , my mother is having full right to her fathers properties? How we should get this. The famil had 2 girls and 2 boys . But all the properties under these 2 boys . But according to the law ,ther is equal share to girls also right.
Please advice , now my mother is passed away.if we go and ask properties to these 2 boys , simply denying and they asked us to go to court . But few peoperties were already sold by these boys and even they are going to sell some other propeerties also.
Please help me how to stop this and get the properties.
