Rights on father's properties in Muslim law.

If the properties are one's self acquired properties and not his ancestral, then there is no legal bar applicable to him in transfer of his properties. He can give all his properties to any one of his choice. However, in an appropriate suit filed against him by his legal heirs, the Court may grant interim injunction against him till the disposal of the main suit. During this period, his mindset may get changed.
