Road side divorce

I obtained my divorce from Ex at Family court in Bandra Mumbai in year 2000,

I remarried a divorcee( so I was told) during 2002, later I came to know that her divorce papers were not in order as this divorce was just a stamp paper of Rs.100 and both Parties had signed with 2-3 witnesses and attested by Notary.

I have purchased lot of properties in Mumbai and to keep her happy I have inserted her name as second buyer, in all Registrations of these properties .

FYI all finances were from my accounts and Cheque/DD numbers are mentioned in these Stamp/registration papers.

What legal right she has over these properties, and can her Ex husband claim them during/after My/her death?

can her offsprings from previous marriage claim and get right over these properties?

Dear Sukhvinder

Your remarriage is not valid, due to not legal divorce from her husband your current wife and you both are liable to punishment under section 494Ipc, if her first husband will be want. as you registered her name in the property then she is only owner of her share her first husband hav no right to claim this property.

She is the rightful owner of al properties now.

If her divorce is not valid your marriage is void ab-initio and she can be prosecuted for bigamy.
