Rti

Wife working at gujarat university how can get her income proof no one overthere ready to cooperate because of ongoing dispute  please give some ideas so that I can get maintainance relief against proof that wife is educated more than me and earning well  and willing left  matrimonial house without my consent and not returning even after lots of request and never had any tortures inbetween 4 months of married life

1. File an RTI application as per Rules addressing it to PIO.
2. The University is bound to give information as asked as it comes under preview of RTI Act, 2005
3. If no reply comes in 30 days file first Appeal.
4. If still no reply comes then file second Appeal.
5. In order to do above go to University's official website the procedure of RTI are well mentioned including whom to address and how to do it.
6. If none of the above you are aware of then seek help of a local junior advocate found via local reference.

Dear Querist

approach to court to give direction to her to file her income proof or bank statement before court or file an affidavit for her non employment/non-income.

because The university is not bound to provide third party information without public interest.
