Dear Sir,
I have made a RTI application to SPIO of Kolkata Police Lala Bazaar, as the concern employee working in Kolkata Armed Force. I want to know the attendance status of a Police constable on particular date..I.e 20th Oct 2019 to 30the Oct 2019.
My application has been rejected with reason "Section 8(1)(j) of RTI Act,2005"
Kindly suggest me which sections is allowed us to get the details easily.
should I do further application to appllete authority.
Need help.
Lastly
Is Kolkata Police an armed Force?
