The said information commissioner is  biased since last 3 years

in favour of a particular insurance company officials.

The attachment above is an example.

She consistently makes sweeping statements

in almost every one of her decisions in favour of

richest CPIO/FAA who on public money  travel

by air  from Mumbai to delhi (instead of saving

public money by attending through video

conference from Mumbai,the stipulated mode)

to " influence"  her

making a "serious note" against RTI applicant.

This reminds me of Kabir the visionary common

man .He wrote about 500 years ago:

Pandit (a person making a sermon) and Mashalchi

(one who carries a torch) both belong to same group.

They merely throw light on others

while remain themselves in dark.

("auran ko karein chandna app andhere mahi")

In monetary terms I am poorest of the poor as a particular insurance company officials

dismissed me on a capricious charge of leaving headquarter
