Why do you want to file RTI? Instead you can go to the station and approach the writer/sub inspector? You may need to spend some money for this.

Mr. Bala ji you can get the status of the case only not the evidence produced by your wife. only after filing the charge sheet or final report you can see the evidences.

Please see clause (h) of Section 8 (1) of RTI Act 2005.
"information which would impede the process of investigation or apprehension or prosecution of offenders" - are prohibited until final Charge-Sheet is filed.
So please apply RTI only after final Charge-Sheet.
Please apply for Certified Copy of FIR and apply in HC for speedy trial on priority.
