In CRPC 125 maintainence case while cross examination my wife told that “

1. On 25-08-2013 she filled criminal case against husband and relatives
2. She himself went to police station directly and given the complaint directly
3. And the complaint contains harassment made by husband and his parents
4. She said “After that complaint I don’t have any other complaints against them”.

I got RTI reply from the concerned police station that there is no complaint was lodged by your wife on that date.

I had submitted RTI reply as my evidence.

Do I need to summons PIO/CPIO to court to prove the RTI letter received from police station?
