I have a question regards fixing of Split AC unit (the part of the AC unit which is fixed outside the room) by a flat owner that resides above my flat. He fixed this unit outside his wall by cutting his window grill and getting access to the wall. That way the unit is fixed on the wall which opens in my balcony. He has provision to fix this unit on the other side of the wall which has place below his window. Fixing of this unit on the wall which is part of my balcony is going to be annoying to me and it is a same position where builder has allotted point to fix my AC. (I already given written application to society seeking clarification on my concerns, Matter is pending with MC and he is society chairman!). We are in Pune.
Are there provisions/ rules regarding fixing AC unit? Can i escalate it and is there anything legal that i can take a stand on? Thanks in advance.
