We are moved to newly constructed Apartment and total 48 Flats are there, Society in not registered as per Govt. Norms but we have PAN card and Bank account by the name of Building and wing, We mutually decided President, Secretary & treasurer and now they are looking the maintance of building issue is that, all unexpected expenditure they are doing by 3 committee members, they are not taking concern of other flat owners, they are creating own rules without concern anyone like Parking & Dish TV Cable & Internet Centralized router can not be use Common power supply or who is using Internet they has to pay 300 per month extra, 11 Flat owners have Internet connection so provider deployed Antina on Terrace which is using 5W DC supply.
Kindly assist us If We can take any step to stop then for doing such nonsense thing, or we can make complaint to any authority.
