Greetings!!
I have left my employer on March 2010.After I left I have asked my employer to give me my fainal settlement(My march salary),now they are telling that if yhou wont serve one months notice no salary will be paid.In the offer letter issued to me it is mentioned that " A notice period of 30 days will be applicable for resignation",but it is not mentioned that if I dont give notice taey will stop the salary.
I am need of it now...Please advise me on how to proceed.May god bless you..
