Sale deed

hello to all.

Sir,

I have a client and this is regarding his problem which i am not able to short out. hence seeking help from this forum. his problem is as bellow...

he have a firm with 2 partners. he purchased a building along with 3 other partners but get it registered on his second partner's name along with other 3 purchasers in or around 1975. he paid the cost by his firm's fund (he have bank statement). now the second partner not co-operating him in a suit filed by other partners in the building on his flat as the flat is rented one and the rent receipt is on the firm's name.

now my question is-

1. Is it possible to make a rectification deed to rectify the name from second partner's name to firm's name if partner of firm will be ready?

2. what will be happen to the status of the eviction suit filed in the court if the firm having the status of tenant become co-owner of the property.

3. what other relief can be possible for my client.

YES 2. what will be happen to the status of the eviction suit filed in the court if the firm having the status of tenant become co-owner of the property. 3. what other relief can be possible for my client.He can file BENAMI transaction suit as he has paid the amount. It will be better in advising after studying the purchase deed and bank statement and mode of payment.
