My self & my sister have jointly purchased a vacant land under a common sale deed in which both of our names appear as buyers . We jointly constrcuted a house. Ground floor is mine & first floor is my sister's. Now my sister wants to sell her first floor portion giving 50% UDS benefit to the purchaser, Now what legal docuemntation should I possess so that there will be no legal issues when I want to sell my portion (ground floor) at a later date?
