Till the time the whole dues are not paid it is effective. 

sir in 2012 the notice issued all dues cleared and the ecs also gone correctly till 2013 August.

Again ecs returned in sep 2013 from then they not accepted minmum payment of ECS it become very heavy noe. still we r paying the same by way of DDs only. They got vacant pocession order from lower cort. my question here is is the 2013 notice is valid? for the current dues too. after updating the overdues as on the date of notice issued.  Please let me know on this context
