A girl joined BIO Maths group in 11 std and wants to compete in NEET... The principal told they have agreement for conducting NEET course with Edupertz.... A seat was blocked by making 1/3 of the yearly fee... The school conducted bridge course for about 15 days for newly applied students...in the mean time board exams results of class 10 was released... The topper of the school marks is very low and teachers were changed even in the bridge course... Few newly joined students withdrawn from the school and joined other school due to poor performance of the school.... So the girl who paid 1/3 school fee also joined another school for her future... School refused to refund the fee paid for blocking the seat... A consumer case filed by the girl for refund of the fee... Not even a single day was commensed on the Academic year... Pls provide rulings for the girl...
