Hello,

Firstly, The Constitution of India consists of articles and not sections. And, Article 226 and 227 fall under the VI chapter which deals with States. Article 226 empowers High Courts to issue certain Writs and Article 227 provides for suprintendence of High Courts over all Courts within in the jurisdiction of respective High Court.

If you need to know anymore then please refer to The Constitution of India itself. A commentary would be more of a help.
