That is relief of declaration of any document who is illegal or not efectiv or any activity who is not vailid then we can apply the sec.34 specific relief act

In Revenue cases,RR can be challenged but
RR cannot be challenged in civil court;secondly  when there is dispute that whether the land in dispute is govt.land or private land,the provision in revenue code is made that it should be first decided by the revenue court and then after exhausting available remedy,aggrieved person can file suit for declaration that the land belongs to him and get those orders cancelled.You also have to take care of Revenue Jurisdiction Act.
