Please inform the possible option for my friend:
Facts are:-
- he married to "PQR" , later got to know that PQR was ealier married to "ABC" and filed a divorce case which finally got over as Mr ABC died during the trail period. so technically she was widower which she didn't disclose to my friend at the time of marriage.
- SInce this marriage didn't work out with in very short period of time and When nothing conclusive was derived in "Aikshik beuro " my friend filed Divorce case. She countered case on my friend for 498.
- now my friend got some proof that she mentioned her as "Un-married" and not a "widower" during registeration of marriage procedure.
should my friend file case for forgery and also for marriage annulment for fraud , or should contest his divorce case, the greater problem is that re-issue of my friend's passport is held up just on a mere application from her that my friend should not be issued passport else he will not come back for months , his earnings are right now zero b'cos he does not have passport and so "no service" and no earnings.
