Section 138 r/w 91 cr.p.c

Sir/Madam,

can anyone provide any Highcourt or Suprement court judgement in favour of accused by allowing Section 91 Cr.P.C petition in 138 case. Here the accused is facing a trial under 138 of N.I Act. He had filed an appliction under Sec 91 of Cr.P.C seeking direction to produce documents like Pan Card, Bank Statement and I.T.Returns to prove that the complainant has no source to fund that much of amount. so i need judgment in this favour.
