Girl side has filed maintanence claim recently under DV 12 in court (406 was not clubbed with 498A) for which hearing hasn't started yet. With claim they have requested for helping in recovery of Stridhan list which they have created on their own . My question are
1. "Whether they can lodged 406 complain in police station" "Even the streedhan list is not authorised by anybody or from the boy side ?.
2. In 498A fir they have claimed that they have given huge amount cash as dowry whether in new case i.e. DV 12 they can claim the same amount of as streedhan.?
3. Before Releasing the Search Warrant For Stridhan , Court will verify the bills or Girl can directly lodged the complaint ?
