section13 ex parte divorce

My wife never attend court therfore court foldedout her all right. Now next month decree will be granted. I wanted to know that if my wife will file case I.e 498 or else then what kind of benefit I will get from my case. Plsssss expert give me advice as urgent my next date is 9sept. What kind of safety action I need to take. Thanks Nirav

U have to apply anticipatory bail against 498a & in inquiry by police and getting a bail the exparte judgement will help u

Judge said that give her one chance therfore today I get date 9sept. Almost wait for next month judge decision.

I wanted to know review criteria if decree will pass. Because she only one time attended court then never attended. My lawyer step by step folded out her all right. Today judge requested to give her one more chance. This can help me if decree pass.
