I have filed divorce under cruelty & desertion grounds.
After that my wife filed FIR against me & my family U/S 498A, 3/4, 406,
Sec-328------Attempt to Murder---------- against me & my mother &
Sec- 376/511-----Attempt to rape-------- against my father.
During initial police inquiry police have removed S-328 & 376/511 & we all are on regular bail.
Final report doesnot have Sec - 328 & 376/511.
Charge sheet is yet to come in Court.
Does Removal of Sec - 328 & 376/511 becomes the cruelty ground against my wife, will it help me in divorce case.??
Can I file defamation case against her or shall I wait for the chargesheet to come into court?
