Respected sir s, in Hyderabad, India there are several Land Acquisition cases pending with the GHMC, (Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation) since the year 2000 onwards. The GHMC initiated the action in the beginning and halted the process in the year 2008. After that there is no progress but the properties of the owners are being upholding by the GHMC and is being used as Road. This road has not been laid with any Cement nor BT. The parties have High Court orders in their favour but the authorities are not making any decisions till date.i.e.upto 24-9-2018.
The suffering property owners are waiting for justice. what action can be taken against the lethargic officials of GHMC for the speedy disposal of the Very long pending Land Acquisition cases. Kindly advise.
