Is there any Sale agreement  or other written document between you and Vendor !

House Board allotted the Flat to the Vendor !

There must be a clear document between you and Vendor !

Vendor shall file an application before the Housing Board to Register the sale Deed  in the name of Third Party - Purchaser / You

Then the Housing Board, as per their  procedure , Will consider the Sale Deed in the name of the purchaser at the request of the original Allottee .
