Selling of inherited property

Dear sir/man,
I have inherited some property after my dad's death as per Sharia law. My father had 2 wife's and I am from the first wife,he has 2 son's who will be turning major this year or the next year and they are from the 2nd lady.We have a property in Bangalore half of which is on my name and the rest half on those 2 son's.I would like to sell my share from the property and move out from that place as our relationship with that lady is not workable inspite of many discussions.
She has brought in some road side gundas to call for settlement and all which I don't wanna do keeping the other minors in mind, pls help me in understanding what legal issues I might face in future if I sell my share from the property and walk out on good terms. How do I safe guard myself from any uninvited issues. What legal complications might pop up in future and what measures should I take now to avoid them.Pls advise.Your advise or suggestion will be of great help.

Dear Sir,

In my humble opinion if your father has given you some property in succession you are free to disposed it off at your terms. But, please ensure the inheritance is as per fixed shares described in Shariat. Also, get advise from you legal consultant in case there is any complications. As often these matters results into complications if the legal advise is not sought.

Thanks

You have not given complete facts.

It is not clear how you and your other brother got the property? and from whom and when?

Unless you reveal the complete picture, it will not be possible for anyone to give you appropriate answer to your query.
